Now more than ever, it’s important that food safety is a top priority! ⁣

To obtain our GAP certification, we requested a voluntary audit of the operations of on-farm production and harvesting of produce. This is to verify that our farm is actively working to reduce the contamination of fresh fruits and vegetables. We were audited based on our self-implemented Food Safety Plan, Traceability Program, workers’ health and hygiene, water quality, soil quality, harvesting procedures, and the cleanliness of our farm store. ⁣
